Offered stand-alone or as a component of our world-class metal fabrication services, WickFab’s precision laser cutting services can rapidly and economically cut large or small parts, from simple shapes to intricately complex designs. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC flying optic laser cutters that provide 2,500 - 4,000 W of output power for cutting 1” thick mild steel and 0.375” thick aluminum and stainless. This dual-axis, CO2 - driven equipment is also capable of cutting through hardened alloys, exotic metals, as well as wood and plastics. Advanced CNC controls combined with laser controlled angular measurements enable us to deliver a precision tolerances of ±0.005” across the entire 5’ x 10’ table. Our laser cut parts exhibit a smooth surface finish and precise edges with little or no kerf. In quantities from prototype to production, we offer rapid turnarounds and rush services are available for time sensitive projects.
